  8. Running FDAUDIO
  9. ---------------

  11. To run the Future Domain FDAUDIO program, type "FDAUDIO" at the DOS prompt.  
  12. To enable FDAUDIO press SHIFT - ALT - CTRL simultaneously, and the TSR 
  13. should be displayed.

  17. Using FDAUDIO
  18. -------------

  20. The following keys are defined under the FDAUDIO TSR:
  21.  
  22.       Left Cursor Key:    Moves the highlighted option to the left
  23.       Right Cursor Key:   Moves the highlighted option to the right
  24.       ENTER Key:          Selects the currently highlighted option
  25.       Space Bar:          Selects the currently highlighted option
  26.       Escape Key:         Exits the TSR 
  27.       ALT-F4:             Terminates the TSR

  30. The following options are available under the FDAUDIO TSR:
  31.  
  32.       «    Skip Back: skips back one track
  33.       »    Skip Forward: skips forward one track
  34.       <    Fast Reverse: skips back 10 seconds into current track
  35.       >    Play: plays the current track if the CD is not currently playing
  36.            Fast Forward: skips forward 10 seconds into the current track 
  37.               if the CD is currently playing
  38.       "    Pause/Resume: Pauses the current track if the CD is playing, or
  39.               Resumes if the CD is paused
  40.       ■    Stop: stops the CD
  41.           Next CD: goes to the next CD player if there is more than one
  42.               CD on the system (for example, if the current CD is at 
  43.               drive letter D:, then the next CD will be at E:)
  44.           Previous CD: goes to the previous CD player if there is more 
  45.               than one CD on the system (for example, if the current CD
  46.               is at drive letter E;, then the previous CD would be D:)

  50. Limitations
  51. -----------

  53. 1)    Do not use FDAUDIO under Windows.
  54.  
  55. 2)    FDAUDIO may not be able to uninstall itself if another TSR or 
  56.       application has chained the same interrupts FDAUDIO uses. 
  57.  
  58. 3)    You may have compatibility problems having FDAUDIO loaded at the same 
  59.       time you are running a program on the CD-ROM drive. To fix this prob-
  60.       lem you must uninstall FDAUDIO.
  61.  
  62. 4)    The TSR will not function with DOS utilities, such as DOSSHELL and
  63.       EDIT.
